We Have Picnic Baskets Shipping Policies
Shipping of your order
Your order will typically take between 1-3 days to be shipped from our warehouse. Once your order is shipped, it will take anywhere from 1-6 days to reach you depending on where you are located. Our warehouse is located in Southern California, so the further you are from there, the longer it will take.

All orders are shipped by FedEx ground shipping. Faster shipping options are available for an extra charge. If you are in need of 2nd day Air or Overnight Air please email us at customerservice@wehavepicnicbaskets.com and let us know what you want to order, where you want it shipped to and which shipping preference you require. We will email you back within 24 to 48 hours with a quote on the shipping cost.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is only $9.95 for any order that is less than $74.99 and FREE for all orders of $75.00 or more within the Continental USA. If you are shipping your order to either Alaska or Hawaii, please email us first and request a quote for shipping. Orders to there must be sent by Air and are not eligible for the free shipping.
Shipping to APO's and FPO's
We Have Picnic Baskets are thrilled to support the men and women who serve their country. We will gladly ship our merchandise to wherever you may be!
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Unfortunately we cannot ship to a Post Office Box. You must provide a Physical Address for your order.
International Orders
We Have Picnic Baskets regrets that we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.A.. This is due to the extremely high cost of brokerage and other fees being charged by the shipping companies that we employ to ship our orders. In the future, we hope this policy will change and we will be able to serve our Canadian customers. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Incorrect Orders or Shipping Addresses
You as the customer are responsible for ensuring that they shipping address you provide is correct. Shoud a package be returned to us as undeliverable, there will be a $10.00 charge for re-shipping to the correct address.
If, after placing your order, you immediately discover the address entered was incorrect, please notify us by email at customerservice@wehavepicnicbaskets.com or by our toll free number 1-866-429-4224. If the order has not been shipped out yet, there will be no charge to change the shipping address.
Orders that are not correct, and are the fault of the customer are subject to our regular return policies. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return to the order to our California warehouse and will be re-billed for the cost of shipping the correct item to you.
