Refund Policy
At We Have Picnic Baskets we know you are going to be thrilled with your purchase. We strive to make sure that the photos of the merchandise that we offer are as big as possible to show you the detail you want to see. However, we realize that sometimes things are not exactly what you thought they would be. That is why we offer a 30 day Money back guarantee!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us here is what you do:
1. Contact us at customerservice@wehavepicnicbaskets.com or toll free at 1-866-429-4224 between 9-6 Eastern Monday to Friday and let us know. We will issue a "Return Authorization" within 24 to 48 hours.
2. Return your unused, unopened merchandise in its original packaging either by FedEx or UPS ground shipping, signature required and please insure it. You must have the return authorization number clearly marked on the outside as well. The shipper will provide you with a tracking number to ensure your return can be traced.
3. Once we have received your package, we will double check to make sure it is still suitable for re-sale. If it is, we will credit your credit card the amount of the order minus any shipping charges you may have paid. Note: If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of the shipping to you will be deducted as we must pay that to ship your order to you. The cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility. This includes any taxes or duties charged when returning an international shipment to us.
4. All returns must be made prior to the 30 day guarantee expiration or they will be refused. As well, any return that arrives at our warehouse without a "Return Authorization" number will be refused.
