Customer Questions
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes we do for only $7.00 per item. To add gift wrapping to your order, simply email us at customerservice@wehavepicnicbaskets.com and let us know what you want wrapped and provide your order number from your receipt. We will get in touch with you within 24 to 48 hours and obtain your info and credit card information to process the charge for the gift wrapping.
Do you offer gift cards?
Gift cards are FREE for any order. Please include the info in the “Special Instructions” area when you check out. We are not responsible for any errors in typing when processing gift orders.
I made a mistake in ordering, what can I do?
As long as your order has not shipped from our warehouse, you may change your order. Contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@wehavepicnicbaskets.com or by our toll free number and let us know. If your order has left our warehouse already, it cannot be modified and must be accepted. You can than return it by following the directions on our refund page.
Why is my basket not exactly as shown?
From time to time an item for a basket may be out of stock. If this is the case, we reserve the right to substitute items for an equal or lesser value. There may be minor variations in the napkin or linens as well.
How do I care for my Picnic Basket?
All of the products we sell can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth or sponge. The plates, glasses, flatware and stainless steel BBQ tools are all top rack dishwasher safe. All linens should be gentle cycle machine washed in cold water and can be dried in your dryer on low heat. Wooden cutting boards and wooden BBQ utensils should be cleaned in soapy water after each use. As well you should wipe the cutting board, the handle of the cheese knife, corkscrew, and wooden BBQ utensils once or twice a year with mineral oil to prolong their life span.
How much food can I fit in a basket?
Well that depends on how big the basket is, and how much you want to pack into it. Generally speaking, there is ample room in our baskets for your food to fit. However the wine and cheese baskets do not have enough room for a full picnic to be packed into.

We accept payment by MasterCard or Visa via our secure server. You may use Pay Pal for other Discover or American Express or to pay by electronic check. You do not need a Pay Pal account to buy off their site.
